Crazy how a place like that can exist in Indio. But then again, that entire desert area is booming.
All I can say is 'Dang' that's a really nice Motorcoach setup... One day, One day soon... retiring in 8 months... Cornerstone my coach of choice for now...
I've been there for 5 years. Its spectacular? Too bad he did not show all the social activities, pools, tennis, golf and 5 star restaurant on site. There is nothing like it.
i have a lot a couple of doors down from this place. The lot you videoed is a beautiful lot with a great golf course view. There are other types of lots for sale there too! Water views where you can dock a boat and perimeter lots with more privacy. This place is worth visiting!

This is beautiful. I don't care if it's a Lake view lot, a Golf view lot or a Privacy lot. The nice thing is you can get a bear lot at 60K and go higher than 750K. Even the HOA fees ($550 a month) are somewhat acceptable when compared to some of the Luxury condo's in my neighborhood (between $1050-$2500 a month).

Wow the property taxes on a 750k lot is still lower than what we pay in most of Texas for a $750K property.
This vid was perfect timing. Headed out this Friday to tour this place as well as 1 or 2 others as we are in the market for this type of property. Any plans to post on Deaert Shores RV Resort?
Definitely on my list to get some more publicity for some of these resorts. I whipped this video up quickly and really didn't get a full tour of the entire Resort. Hoping to get some footage of desert shores as well sometime soon.
@@RVingwithAndrewSteele Andrew, if you are ever out this way again you can stay on my lot for free. Im just a couple of doors down from the double lot you video taped, on the water. I have a different lot that I stay on at the resort. We can take you out on the electracraft for a ride!

Wish/pray, there were more RV Parks compared to this .......My opine, many RV pads along personal property residences, should look/ maintained like this....This type of pad, elevates RV pad storage/staging to outside the park of being trailer trash.

Beautiful place Andrew! I'm curious what you think of the breaking news on the TH-cam vlog of Lehto's Law published on 2/24/20? It's about an RV manufacturer losing a Lemon Law suit in Federal Court. Customer's London Aire was out of service for 130 days, and couldn't get multiple issues taken care of appropriately by dealer or manufacturer. Great topic for an upcoming video!! Maybe all manufacturers will start flying ethically as a result of this decision!!
I heard about that story and I am actually listed as a witness on a Case several years ago that is very similar to this case. Checkout castagna vs. Newmar. I was listed as a witness long before I started my TH-cam channel. I haven't really talked about it because all of the legalities but I hope to tell the entire story someday.
I hope to be able to talk more about this issue in-depth after the case that I'm listed as a witness on is settled.

well this ones outta my price range but inspiring! but just try to lite a campfire and roast some freakin marshmellows and there will be no love 4 u there! :) so as high end as it is, i like being a hick from the stick with a campfire at my camp but to each his own. no hate! but one doesnt need all this, would it be cool? of course! but just relaxing with friends at camp or even the back yard can be just as fun :)
