Intriguing title! 🤔 Excited to hear more about the Calmac Lady and the impact she's having on your thoughts. Can't wait to watch and find out what's taking up space in your head!

This one speaks to me. How often we hand our minds over to others. We spend the rest of the day mithering about things that have been said or done to us and the person who did the thing has not thought about it once since they did it. It’s ourselves we bother, not them. I need to be better at dealing with this. Thank you.

I can relate, stewing about something that wasn't of your making. I put it down to the individual who is making life difficult by exerting their perceived "power", usually has their own issues. It affects me more personally because I didn't start it! My take from it is that perhaps the life they are living, isn't so wonderful.
