Just in case you're curious, the 2nd part they did the rendition in Tagalog (Filipino language). So they sang in English, Tagalog and Italian version.

This was really their prayer since at that time nobody knew what impact the pandemic will have on their lives. Looking back, their prayers were answered.

They do the same thing to me, I get teary eyed and goose bumps, I think that is a trademark for some of their performances. I too would love for them to do a studio version of The Prayer, it would be epic in my mind. Great reaction...one of your very best !!! I loved how you talked directly to the 4i girls...I hope they respond. They have performed this song previously...you may remember them singing it in a church in London where they had 1 mic. I agree that they should do a cover of this either on the wish bus or in a better studio. That little home studio with a Karaoke machine is a poor second. Love the emotion...I felt it too. Next year will be 20 years singing as a group...I wonder if that alone dulls their emotions a little. Individually they run every emotion in the book..I think that is one of the reasons they are so adorable.

THE GIRLS ARE AWESOME THEY HAVENT DONE A BAD SONG YET AND I THINK THEY ALL CAN SING EVERY PART AND THEY SRE EQUALLY AS GOOD BY THEMSELVES AS WELL.

Nice reaction, Dan. I was also hoping this video would have studio quality audio, but despite that shortcoming, the sound quality was still SO much better than in the 2015 performance many of us (including you) are familiar with, when they sang The Prayer in a London church, with just two microphones between them. Even though it was recorded on the cell phones of people sitting in the pews and the audio quality left a lot to be desired, their rendition still managed to overflow with beauty and feeling.

Yeh I thought some didnt sound Italian. I'm so used to hearing the other versions that I could tell it sounded different but didnt think for a moment it was tagalog. Penny is doing good. I'm sleeping much better

The girls song this song on request of majority Dreamers that was requesting this to do it live on the video chat.
So unprepared and bring this quality. That shows again how good the sister's are. Like they did during the mass in London church.

They sound great be it in church, some other venue or in a studio but I totally agree with you Dan on your point that this would have been an even greater performance from 4th Impact if this were a studio recording.

how about we get these fantasticaly talented girls do a one hour special back on UKs mainstream TV celebrating there road from humble beginings to where they are now ,singing lots there sometimes better version of covers and a few of there own material within the hour long special,these girls deserve it and I think it be a wonderful spectacular to showcase how good these girls talent is because no other group in the world can do what they can with there harmonys and basically to celebrate too how the phillipines produce I think the best singing talent in the world,these girls even though so much smaller than every other contestant in the live x factor finals 2015 but they were head and shoulders above every other contestant that year and a travesty they did not win,lets hope simon can make a few calls to make this 1 hour special happen, but probabley not, but hey these girls have come on loads even from 2015,and Almira is absolutely amazing and has a vocal range even more than Mariah Carey,they are amazing

Just like to add, I'm a middle aged guy and when they did the prayer in the nottinghill church it got me welling up and almira is one special voice in amongst the other 3, they are all amazing but that girl get me every time, so your not on your own fella when you fill up, and if they could do a one off special, I certainly be there and I imagine with how good they really are there won't be a dry eye in the house

i also don't know whats wrong with those mics they sound like there in Karaoke mode
The sound we hear is coming out of their speakers, like a fan cam. Its not studio recorded. My guess is they were doing this for one of their live streams and trimmed it out for this
When they recorded their acapella version of Imagine a while back, just after they finished, you could hear one of them (Mylene I think) let out a delighted squeal.

I’m not a fan of the equipment they have at home, but I’ll take what I can get. I implore you, please react to Irene’s latest cover. She just uploaded a Karen Carpenter cover today that may be one of the best yet from the girls.
Its not the karaoke machine that's not great, it's how they recorded it. Their camera is recording the sound coming out from their speakers, not outputting from the mics. The mics would have to be linked to a sound board, which would then be connected to a computer and recorded and synced to the backing music. All we're hearing is the backing track coming from the speakers of their computer and their vocals coming out from their karaoke machine speaker.
