He is almost demanding tip give an answer. Perhaps he had a bad day or.. .. This is the way how he speaks.
Watch your video back and pay attention on the way how you expose yourself to this patient. Maybe this man was a little bit embarrassed about how his feet look like. Give those people a little love and understanding . That's the way we do it here in the Netherlands. I knew you understand your business and skills but try to give your customers some lover and understanding .. in the end they pay the bill and make another appointment.
I think this nice bloke will think twice before he comes back

Especially if your parent has something like dementia where the parent can literally fight and attempt to kill you if you try to even feed them let alone cut their nails. • @kimross621

@@SD-oi9gr I can relate unfortunately, I've taken care of 2 grandmother's till they passed, worked as a CNA in nursing home and assisted living and home health care it is one of the hardest things you will ever do!! But if you can't do the minimum to make sure someone has at least a descent quality of life best you/they can then you shouldn't be in the situation at all!! You would be aiding in there decline and we'll being by doing so! I know 100% that it isn't easy! But in your care or someone else's as a family member, friend, caretaker as a descent human being it is your place to make sure these things get done if you aren't able to personally! Loving someone literally to death is not ok 🥺 I've seen it hundreds of times and never would have made a comment had I not known what I was talking about personally!! Everyone deserves to retain dignity at the least yet so many don't get it!! If this is a situation with you personally I promise you I understand and I am very sorry that you have to endure this! Just imagine how you would want to be treated and reciprocate, I am so thankful that as much as I miss those people! I can lay my head down with a clear conscience! And some of these videos are just heartbreaking! If you think cutting toenails that are surely painful on a loved one is above or beyond you then have someone else do it! Problem solved! But don't wait months till it's a health issue! When all it takes is an office visit! Chances are if you asked friends or family someone would be willing to do that! She was embarrassed and rightly should have been! 🤬 I apologize for the endless rant, but as you can see these things are very personal and close to my heart! If this happens to be something you are going through I wish you the best! And will keep you and your loved ones in my prayers! Take care 😊

They were aware of everything but didn't have full mobility, and the time with the wounds and neglect, there was little to no physical pain left for them. Rehab was easier due to that, but it was disgusting it took so long for them to be brought to a care facility. There are countless cases like this and worse, in all sorts of ways, and you'll never see it because it's behind closed doors at home.

Mark Wagner as a former caretaker and CNA....we cannot do this. This is not our job. We don’t know him/her well enough to know how their PODIATRIST cuts their nails. We are not trained in doing things like this. Obviously. It’s not that we don’t care. But we are not trained in such things. We report it to our head nurse or caretaker or caregiver....then they call their doctor. Or at least....this is my experience with stuff like this.
