One of the most dangerous things about Mizukage I think were the hallucinations, practically similar to Genjutsu, to illusions, but the Kai and the share of chakra fluxes were totally useless against them.
Crazy how a Sage Mode Shadow Clone of Teen Naruto was able to beat the Third Raikage, the same Raikage who fought ten thousand shinobi for 3 days straight... goes to show how strong Naruto is and how much stronger he will get.
Naruto didn't beat him just outmaneuvered him. If the 3rd Raikage was conscious and in control, his attacks wouldn't have been so predictable. Would take Naruto KCM lvl 2 just to overpower him.

Second mizukage is one of the biggest trolls of all time, 3rd to kishimoto tho. He legit takes no fight seriously which makes him very dangerous in battle surprisingly because hes a genjutsu specialist hit makes his trolling work and hes able to finesse people so well. Second mizukage could probably take down tobirama(maybe not because he a sensory ninja) or at lest be great problems for him,second mizukage is one of the strongest kages of all time.
