The original track is the focus of a hilarious story between me and one of my best friends. This version is so good I might try to get this played at his wedding reception this month.
Ugh, I played the heck out of these games as a kid. I stumbled across the covers, then I stumbled across YOUR covers, these are absolutely phenomenal, being a musician myself I'm blown away by your take on these! Kudos!
Wow thank you Fredrick! Such a lovely compliment from a fellow musician!! Thanks so much! There's more to come so please check out the notes in the video description for info on the song and dont forget to hit subscribe so that you see my next track!
What a game, what a soundtrack, blasting past cops and stealing their baton to smash other bikers with. This sounds like if the megadrive version got it's music ported to N64 or PS1. excellent work, super sick recreation you nailed the guitar :)
Thanks Dale! I could always try extending it! The original just loops so I had to kinda decide where to end it, some of my other remakes I have written a completely new ending
jesus christ dean this really slaps, thank you! solid driving too, love how you clearly intended to sync the drum to the beating officer 21 gets at 2:03
Parabéns !! Belo trabalho! Amo a música de RR2 é sensacional. Abraços do Brasil ! Congratulations !! Great job!! Love the music of RR2 is sensational. Hugs of Brazil !
🏝️Molokai Express, Hawaii🏝️ "Named after the treacherous currents off Diamond Head. Brutal hairpin turns and radical changes in elevation make this one of the most difficult tracks on the circuit. You may want a quick, light bike to flick into the hairpin corners."
Man... What a AWESOME WORK!!! I'm a huge fan from RR Sega Mega Drive series and you nailed it!!! Thank you for all these covers!!!! Cheers from Brazil!!!

This is awesome man! I've really appreciated listening to all your covers of Road Rash 2, it's really good to hear them as they were originally conceived, if you know what I mean? Like it all sounds like guitar music that was put to midi on the mega drive. Any future covers in mind? Keep it up! 😁
Hi Spam Fly! Thanks bud! I know exactly what you mean! It's like it was originally written for a band but THEN converted to megadrive! Although I must say, a lot of the guitar solos we def not written by a guitarist because the note choices and interval jumps are so awkward and "non" guitary, some of it was real tough! Tennessee had some killer lines in it! Yep shameless plug here but over on my patreon I have had a suggestion for "Battletoads Double Dragon" which actually came out on the Snes and Megadrive! Also Road Rash 1 was also suggested! I have plans to keep this going for a long time, covering all the greats!! If you wanna grab the full album from my website the link is in description! Anyway thanks again for compliments I hope you enjoy many more in the future!
I remember the feeling of being so impatient for the guitar to kick in, it used to drive me crazy.
This cover is awesome, nicely done!
Haha love that story! Thank you Howesenberg! Hope you like and subscribe!

Boy you aint lying lol ... that guitar drop was the best part of the song
Yeah that percussion is awesome but it GOES ON FOREVER
I vote for - Super Monaco GP soundtrack!! (Also Sega Genesis)

I swear this is how it sounded in my head when I used to ride. I mean play😅
When ever I play this level I always try to hit a biker at the beginning of the level to stay with the beat of the song
Try it
the motorcycles in the beginning and throughout are.. perfect
Muito top! Adorava jogar com essa trilha sonora! 😂😂😂😂
This song always made me hyped to hit the big jump and disappear off the screen. This real cover makes me hyped to think about trying it in real life.
Damn... This is exactly how I imagined this song sounding while playing as a kid. Still my favorite track on the OST. Great work!

sounds like the kind of speakers you only hear in a bar where they have chicken mesh between you and the stage. I love it.

This can be easily added to the MSU-MD patch to play on real hardware!!!!!!
Thanks Lord!
If there was arcade version, it could have this sound. It sounds original-like, like if they chiptune the song from this original.
:) Thanks Metalslayer!
