I think I'm on the same boat as those who solved it with two puzzle pieces left out. I managed to solve it, but the were a couple of loose pieces, one actually falling out, but it wasn't that bad.
Of course, since I didn't want to probably important pieces of the puzzle left out I needed a solution. Thanks for the video, cleared up a lot of things!

I appreciate they didn’t include a guid and let you actually try to solve it on your own, but damned I didn’t need a guide for the full thing. I got around 2/3 done with the top and bottom, but figuring out the guts and internals was too difficult.

It was fun when you try to solve it by your self first. i'm see most people got a same problem complete the puzzle but still got some piece left at first

I'm actually amazed how close I was.
I tried doing it on my own, and the first time I completed it but had two of the inside support pieces remaining. Took it appart, tried to figure out how they went in and eventually got it all together!
... however, it was loose and pieces were falling out of piece. That's when I came here to get the damn thing right.
Holds together much better now. Thanks for helping us out!

After about 2 hours, I got the same results-2 pieces remaining (24,25) 😅 I just gave up and looked for a walkthrough.

Two of my pieces had to be filed down because they were too big somehow.
And now I'm imagining Yugi taking a file to the puzzle and removing the Pharaoh memories of like...his mom or something.
Either than or post-shattering the puzzle, Priest Set just...added gold to two pieces to make it impossible to solve and Yugi just said f that and filed them down again because his Yugi-brain could tell

I have to admit it never even occured to me pieces might slide and turn to click on so me and my sister were just trying so hard to fit em together but with no way to get them to sit in place
