You could get you a cant hook to lift the log off the ground , and just let the saw feed itself in the wood , not good to force a chainsaw through the cut.
Im still on the break in period of mine. I only run it half to 3/4 throttle 15 minutes at a time. If yours has been broke in id go get it re tuned like suggested. Thats how mine cuts. Without full throttle.
No it was not broke in,, but I noticed something is messed up with it because the chain keeps getting tight. I had another one that cut really good this was didn’t come with a case so I wonder if something happened to it
It's the strongest residential saw in an 18" bar. 40cc engine, Even Stihl and Echo only offer a 30.5 cc engine which is way under powered for the price. In addition the user in this video needs to learn proper cutting strokes.
a bit small sure but I dropped and cut up a 32 to 36 inch tree with mine today so if u have a little extra time I don’t see why it really is too small and mine seems to cut better in ash as well mabey his chains dull
@@greenmarine5hat's what the bucking spikes are for. When I saw the back drop with the tip pointed up, I was wondering whether this was going to be a gory "don't be this guy" video.

Where's the "review"? You're just cutting logs.
It struggled a bit
You need more Power 😉
Little weak for the 17in logs
I would agree

Mine cuts well even during break in period. Im throwing strips. Ive been taking it slow like suggested. Plus i keep a sharp chain.
