I done a electrical maintenance engineering apprenticeship but we didn't have to learn this, in college they say we were meant to learn this in the work place. Are you doing a degree on electrical engineering or something to have to learn this?
Hi loved the video found it very easy to follow and informative, one question I had is where would you wire the output of the relay to i.e. the rest of the circuit once safety requirements have been met
How would you link 2 of these circuits together? so if you had 2 of these in different panels on a line but you want any of the estops on the line to stop everything.
I am not sure with pilz but with schmersall you could wire all e-stop pushbuttons in series to one safety relay and still meet all safety requirements. The estop pushbuttons had to be schmersall as well.
What other safety relays do you deal with at work?
allen bradley 440R series safety relay
Hes back and has a new style of videos. Man happy to see your videos again
Ty for the detailed information
Great vid
Wish i had this video when i was studying it, now that i already know how it works its a perfect explanation

Why 13(23) and 14(24) ? Can you use 23 and 24 terminals of the Safety relay to also turn on the contactor ? Why both options 13+14 and 23+24
You can use either 13-14 or 23-24.
. Thanks for greattttt. Video
