Firstly : All those who still thinks that IITian studies 24 hours and do nothing else are totally wrong.
Secondly: Actually IITian studies one day before the exams and most important we dont get holidays for studies during exam we have back to back exams.
Thirdly: IITians always enjoyy whether it be exam period or not.
Last but not the least we study whole night only during exam time and during non-exam time we play Cs, watch movies, go to canteen, badminton, table-tennis and many more activities that I cant write bcoz the list is really big.
Never judge any IITian that he/she is boring or iitian only studies and all iitian have good sense of humor

It's not about brilliance, getting into IIT is about 2 years of intense hard work. After those two years the engineering course is not that much hectic, more hectic than private colleges but nothing compared to jee preparation
One thing I wanna mention here if their is a highly reputable and highly respected professional degree that is engineering.. beleive me engineer's from NITs and IITas r not only brillant but they r so innovative they r the real builders of nation
