    Glad to know a habit I used VERY early when I started going to the gym has more benefits than I realized! What I used to do after workouts is to go to the swimming pool for t minutes as a cooldown. Then, I’d got the hot tub because it felt good. Later on, I found I need to dip in the pool again because it was hard to sleep after jumping straight out of the hot tub, so I take a lap in the pool.
    Now to realize this had been a form of hot-cold therapy all along AND a fasting enhancer is great to realize!

    i did omad for extended periots of time and im of and on keto several times and i am a really bad habit keeper bc of emotional eating ... im was at 202 pounds again after a 8 week feast ... now im at 180 pounds again within 4 weeks ... i did several 72 hours fasts and 48 hours fasts and did omad in between with high protein low carb

      Black Coffee doesn’t break the fast , so tea can be a substitute.

    I’ve been doing the sauna, drinking black coffee, and drinking ACV water on a regular basis, and am excited to restructure them according to this research.
    So my new morning routine:
    Black coffee
    20 mins sauna
    30 min incline walk on treadmill at 2.5-3mph
    Then liter of ACV water.
    Looking forward to trying this out, day 1 went without a hitch! Felt great.

    Is there a difference between a Sauna and a really hot room? Example being a garage with a metal roof and no plywood/1 by 4's(no air flow) that gets really hot from the sun and makes the garage really hot?

      Hello. He has other ACV videos. When fasting 16:8, one may eat only 2 full meals. Suggested to drink an 8oz glass cold water w/ 1Tbsp ACV (important to dilute & sip with straw), 10 minutes before each meal. Research other resources too. Cheers!

    If fasting when would we take the ACV so it doesn't break the fast before the fasting period or at the end of the fasting period. Im 2 months in but still learning all the ins and outs of this.

    1. Sauna - fast 16:8, then go for a sauna
    2. Walk - increases the oxidation
    3. ACV - stimulates fat oxidation
    4. Water - 500ml

    My daily routine M-F, Fast 20/4ish water and black coffee only, after work put on a suana/hot suit and go for an hour walk outdoors. Shoot for 14k steps daily. Also no alcohol this year. I've never felt so in control of my life on all levels. ❤🔥 Thanks for all the great content Thomas.

    I want you to listen to my advice for 2 months.. . See if you are feeling amazing & have a happier, fuller tum tum. It's ok to not have 100% cuts in the body....80% is the best. 100% is just torturing yourself.

    Dear Thomas,
    I have to agree with all of them BUT...
    I would ADD an extra... STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL.
    Recently I have discovered that something strange was going on... I have gained some extra weight even thou my diet is the same, I'm also fasting and I ran 102km in June... so not bad at all... The thing is I was having a glass of wine with my gf atleast once or twice a week. Sometimes even I had a beer... not 10 beers or even 5... just one...
    Two weeks ago I've decided to drop alcohol and suddenly I'm in my good weight... Even some alcohol can block you from burning fat and the question is... is it worth it?

    So drink coffee with no sugar and vinegar water during fasting? but is it really a good idea drinking vinegar even diluted in water, when your stomach is empty ?
    one of my colleague used to drink lemon water everyday before breakfast on empty stomach and after 6 months she had to see a doctor because of stomach problem. Took 12 months for her stomach to heal.

    What is a practical takeaway for apple cider vinegar if you are training fasted in the morning? Is it good to drink apple cider vinegar before the workout and if so are you still fasted if you drink it? Or may it even be better do drink it after dinner, so it kickstarts fasting so to say?     Great info! I I think this is the best channel for this kind of info, always backed up with experience, trial and medical research. The only thing I would suggest Thomas to clarify to people is what type of coffee to consume. Everyone is always talking about the benefits of coffee, however, soluble store bought coffee has sugar in it and it's not on the label and I have yet to see that someone clarifies this for their subscribers. Best bet is to buy coffee grains and ground them or buy grounded coffee that isn't roasted with sugar (because cheap grounded machine coffee tends to have sugar in the roasting process as well)

      I do 20 4 if sometimes I can,t fast but 2 full day of fasting in a week !

    My first meal of the day is at noon, and I always do fasted cardio in the morning, when is the best time to take the apple cider in your opinion?

    In the Rio Grande valley we have a free sauna ...its just going outside...oh also my car ...it was 119 ...no wonder Im getting great abs...Ive been gardening along with omad and carnivore

    I’m assuming the 2PM mark is based off of you getting up at 6AM? So if I don’t get up until 10AM I should fast to 6PM?

    Interesting. Any thoughts on if the same would apply to a hot tub. I have a spa but no sauna. Would walking after the spa also increase fat loss?
