[SOLVED] Microsoft Windows Defender Windows Security Not Working in Latest Windows 11/10

- Windows security is not working? or windows defender is not working? If yes then simple solution is shared. Fix windows security not working in windows 11 or if windows security not opening windows 11. Learn to fix windows defender not working windows 10 or windows security not opening windows 10.
Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.

I have windows 10 , and I want to install a app from unknown source , and for that I have to open the windows security and turn off some options , but whenever I tap on the windows security it gets stuck and nothing opens , please help🙏🙏
Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-

this option is only available in windows 11 not in windows 10 , follow the 2nd step incase you have windows 10

I will tell you all what to do
1)get internet approx 5gb,mobile data will work
2)restart your PC while pressing shift
3)reset windows through cloud download option while keeping data and files
Keep in mind apps will be deleted but not any drivers or plugins
So chill
4)after reset update your windows and uninstall any antivirus that came with PC at start
5)no need to go to registry file, cmd etc
Just do it and thank me later
6)if after this nothing work just restart PC and keep it updated

it still dosen't work... i'va also added the "DisableAntiSpyware" value and put it to "0" in the registry and it dosen't work either...
but when i execute "dism /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and "sfc /scannow" it says that the two commands have worked successfully and repaired all the errors but it seems like it's false cause "Windows Defender virus and treats protection" service is still not working...
