Great video ❤, so how is your experience with r7 and the 100-500??
Is IT good for bird and wildlife photography??

In my opinion Canon R7 is the best wildlife focussed camera in that budget range. The APSC sensor gives that added reach which is ideal for wildlife. The canon 100 500MM is a dream lens to me. It's a bit expensive compared to its competitors Nikon 180 600mm, and sony 200 600mm , but the output is just too good. All my videos are shot using that combo. @@godistrueking5136 Autofocus works pretty well for me, i didn't face any issue as such. I have also seen videos mentioning the same, but I personally didn't face any issue. Honestly I don't feel there is any competition to Canon R7 in the below 1.5Lakh range. Now if you stretch your budget, you will have more options

Thattekad birding is great but comes with a drawback ie most birds are in the canopy. Getting a good eye level photo is next to impossible...

Very true! Thats why you go to the hide for eye level shots. Still people go there because those birds are not found anywhere else 🙂

There will be different opinions on this. As per me, you are not causing any harm to the bird not disturbing its habitat. Its a sort of coexistence with humans
