Man anyone can rap they’re not artists or musicians as you refer to them. There’s literally no comparison between mastering an instrument like guitar or piano and being a rapper. It takes zero talent. Yet these are some of the most egotistical “artists” out there which I find ironic. And I know this shit because I rap and play multiple instruments and sing. Anything you can do on the toilet in two minutes isn’t an art pal sorry to have to tell you that. And most of the back breaking work is done by the producers. And they generally just take samples from other peoples music and the rapper just has to walk into the studio and talk over the beat. I always find it comical how rappers think they’re actual artists.
