Can the jurors get a fair and safe trial is a better question.
I’m sick and tired of people saying he can’t get a fair trial. He absolutely can. People always overlook how seriously jurors take their civic duty. (And Mark doesn’t appear to have all the facts anyway, only one juror was excused because her identity was obvious to those in her life - not two. The other was excused for lying during voir dire, it was nothing to do with his identity becoming public).
He has great lawyers...of course he can. They will find loop holes

That's an easy no. "I'm biased, but I can try to put my biases aside and be fair." Is basically every juror. The few people who might sway toward Trump gets stuck. 😂
Objectively, he will not get a fair trial in NY because of media sensations vs journalism. At best, he will get a hug jury.

It doesn't matter what it is. Anytime you try to find what's "fair" you will get disagreements. There are complicated formulas for the fairness of choices, but it is quite complicated.
A better question would be "Can drump and watters stop trying to reveal identities of the jurors running the risk of them being intimidated?" Prosecution requested and got the removal of a juror who posted anti right wing material...in the 90's. Yes, you read that correctly.

This is crazy.. Wrong is wrong. Trump could have settled this a long time ago. He chose this path of going to trial. Delaying delaying delaying and he on trial during during the time he should be campaigning. He is raising money on this issue.
