Awesome video again Dan!! I changed both my firing pin springs on my 455 and 457. I also order several 457 firing pins and have been trying different shapes and angles but its difficult at best to quantify results with the static in 22lr ammo. I did on you're recommendation glue my barrel to my action and I feel that made some gains in accuracy. I'm not sure if you still have you're spring dressing video up but also a great watch and helpful for folks changing springs. All the little things add up at the end of the day and it fun to learn and experiment as we go. The only issue I had was I was taking my bolt apart so frequently I may have weaken my C-spring that holds my ejectors in place and I had a few failures to eject, when I replaced the C-spring a new one, no issues at all now.
I really appreciate you taking time to share your knowledge and you'd be welcome at my campfire anytime.
    Your rimfire friend, Dave

Good advice. I'd see if you could put a spring guide inside the new spring to reduce or prevent the spring from a) kinking and b) rubbing on the inside of the bolt.

@@inrangerimfire20two It's not a secret that it greatly reduces or even eliminates twang in spring airguns if a tightly fitting guide is used (preferably in combination with a tophat). If you use POM or nylon for the guide/top hat, it also helps the spring to torque more consistently and easily.
I recently applied this principle on my Theoben Rapid MKII pcp air rifle too - became very consistent in its shot cycle and shot speed as a result.
Good luck experimenting and tuning your CZ to be even better!

@@mus1970 exactly my thoughts as well.
Before my love of rimfire I was an airgun fanatic, but the airgun laws in Canada are bizarre at best, so rimfire was the best option for me.

Did you find that your trigger pull weight increased with the new +10% spring . Saw another tuber with a 457 claim it did.

I did not due to TH-cam’s policies regarding this sort of thing. It is not worth the risk to me getting shut down.
