This has got to be my favourite version of De Futura. I also like the Utopic Sporadic Orchestra Nancy 75 version and the Mythes et Legendes version. I wonder if they had a real air raid siren here or just a tape.

Je les ai vu dans une boite de nuit (!?) qui s'appelait La Tomate. Le groupe jouait sur une estrade pas très haute et on était à 2 mètres d'eux, on pouvait même leur parler. C'était géant. Quel concert ! Jannick Top était un monstre à la basse, je me rappelle sa main qui se déplaçait sur le manche comme une énorme araignée. Lockwood complètement halluciné et Vander presque effrayant dans sa manière de jouer de la batterie. Le reste du groupe était au diapason. Un groove tellurique. Merci pour ce souvenir 🙏🙏🙏
Hello j'y etais.. je dirais plus 74 ou 75 à la Tomate ... mon premier concert d'ailleurs.. j'avais du mal à appréhender cette musique mais aujourd'hui j'en saisis toute la force. il est exact qu'on etait vraiment au contact il n'y avait pas d'estrade ..

Or simply one of the 2 bootlegs live released in beginning of 2000’s into the former Jannick Top’s label. (Group name was Vandertop, and bootlegs were “Paris 1976 - théâtre de la renaissance” and “best on tour 76”). But to be honest, I was sure that most the recordings come from all the full week of live at théâtre de la renaissance… 2- Did you applied more current software cleaner and mastering tools on it? Pour information, la plupart des photos sont tirés du maître livre sur magma , écrit par Antoine de caunes ( ehhhh si) editions rock n' folk Albin Michel.( Si mes souvenirs sont bons.j'ai transmis ce bouquin a un nouveau fan ds les années 1998)

La première fois que j'ai vu Magma, c'était à Mar Vivo, près de la plage des Sablettes, en plein air en face du Casino, peut-être en 1975. Tu y étais? tu es de la Seyne?
