I've written an entire novel inspired by this song.
I only found this channel by an accident while scrolling through Hans Zimmer's work and I am honestly so thankful I did found Zack Hemsey. Every time I listen to his music I get shivers. The amount of talent that this man possesses is no joke.

The difference between Zack and other rap artists is that he doesn't use the same instrumental with each song. Each song is unique. Most rap songs sound the same these days, but Zack Hemsey, your songs stand out above all else. Great work! My favorite album by far.
My literature teacher would say that the song isn't just specifically about soothsayers. But rather, it is about all those people who will never get accepted by the world, struggling to live by simply because they were created with something, be it special or bizarre. And in no way could they ever get rid of that thing. Thus, they can either live in pain, forever being desperate or ultimately be brought to peace with death.
You're teacher is clutching at straws for some sorta clue of what this genius is all about but most are wrong or hiding the truth.

Yeah, I came here because this song is part of a Dark Epic mix song. It was 2.5 hours long and this track fit in so well. I had it lightly playing in the back ground in the garage last night. That bass hit over and over drew me out .

Nomad was the first album I purchased from Zack Hemsey off Itunes and I pirate all my music off the internet.
Hemsey's work always stands out as visually fantastical, doesn't it? I feel like I'm in the middle of somebody's quest or journey montage across a wide and varied landscape.
4 years later am here applauding a master piece
One of the most peaceful, yet powerful songs I have ever heard. The music, zack's calm voice, it just makes me feel a wave of nostalgia flow through me. Good memories flood through my brain when I listen to this song. Very few songs do this to me. Your music is a reason to live Zack.
Space Song by Beach House also gives me the same feeling
I realise that some unofficial channels have already posted the whole album before this channel, and out of respect I have ignored all the recommendations and have only experienced them via this channel. I must say that this track has topped all others so far, and I look forward to the rest!

This one and The Arrival would be blockbusters.
The guy singing the song, if you listen to lyrics, is a really interesting character himself. If you listen carefully, it is implied that he was a past soothsayer and he's here to save the new soothsayer from the pain he went through as a soothsayer before her.
What? Yeah I guess, in the end he tells her to leave the future alone or violence will come forth. Then tells her to leave with him.

It is implied that he is a wise, smart man who knows human nature. He's a traveler, a recurrent figure in Hemsey's songs, and thus one who knows many stories and has seen many horrors and beauties unfold.
He is warning her of what may happen because of her gift and how known she is starting to be, as she does not see all and remain an adolescent girl with no experience who seems overwhelmed by people due to her talent. He does not see the future, he predicts it and he proposes an alternative to the predictable chaos that may unleash on the poor girl.

Absolutely addicted to this song. I am a sucker for songs that have a clear build up and climax. And man the female vocals mixing in with the build up..AHHH SO GOOD. What a great composition.

To me music was always like candy, I tended to throw away the rappers. Having listened to almost all the music on this channel you have now changed my mind. You have taken an amazing score and coupled it with meaningful lyrics creating what rap SHOULD be. Zack Hemsey is now the only rap I have heard and enjoyed, thank you westie for introducing me.
It´s different rap but Eminem and a dozen other´s are lyrical good yes zack has some of the most touching and possibly meaningfully rap and his instrumental is amazing then Eminem's work is good not all of it but I think he is a good rapper in his genre its hard to compare mainstream music to this type because we don't often find music like this anyway when we do not there is not such a big crowd yet I don't understand how people in my age group can listen to mumbmle rap and rap that is repetitive though zack heresies work is a different genre of rap and to be honest songs like guggi gang and songs and so on there only making it for entertainment so you can say that most young people like it catchy perhaps it influences them overall zack hemsey is amazing at his wordplay and his story telling one of my top music artists.

This song is fire
I feel like this song represents the idea of good and evil and what it means to be good or to be evil. If you look at the lyrics, it illustrates how power can distort reality since despite the little girl being of no harm to anyone, a lack of understanding causes her to be seen as a monster. This references to the real life ideas of right, wrong, illusion, and reality, when we are lost and don’t know we pin everything on the unknown if we do not understand. When one loses the lottery, they blame the possibility there is a high chance to lose the lottery, when one fails something, they blame the outside factor which affects the failure rather than themselves. And In this song, it demonstrates a physical embodiment of purging said unknown, having a soothslayer, someone who is not involved in this crowd of delusional people to enter and murder the innocent unknown, to hurt this unknown. And it is precisely this past soothslayer that addresses to him of which he is killing a innocent girl, placing a target on a misunderstanding just as we always do naturally as humans. Wars, conflict, hatred are all examples of which these misunderstanding can result in a physical embodiment of emotion. However the song enlightens this idea rather than encourages it, it highlights a warning to a potential of which we could be, it demonstrates that us as soothslayers in our own rights have the decision to either kill the girl and misunderstand the world just as everyone else, or “save us” and be a step into making the world a better place.
I heard this on one of the Epic Channels out there I guess, so I came here to find out who makes this awesome music :D Nice, keep up ;)

Before i have found that Zack Released new album i was listening some pop music with billions of views. Now when i listening to this i think the fact what real music has lesser audience than some pop sh*t actually showing its quality, because true quality is a rare thing.
