Thanks for watching! What tips have you used in the past to help you decide which agent to help you sell your home?

    1) Are you full-time or part time? How many years have you been selling homes?
Have you sold homes in the _____ Neighborhood?
    2) Why should we hire you?
    3) How are you going to handle a: 1) multiple offer situation? 2) Bad Home inspection? 3) A Low appraisal?
    4) The house is currently rented.
If it does not sell this summer, we would rent it again starting in September.
Since the house has 40 years of wear and tear with many items to be fixed
new entrance door, trim, flooring, possible underground oil tank, etc.
When would you anticipate putting the property on the market?
    5) Can you email me a draft contract so I can study in detail?

OMG, people need to know this!!
The realtor we used to sell our house was so lazy. He tried to take pictures himself and they were horrible. We had to force him to get a stager and professional photographer. Wish we'd seen this before we'd gone with him.

Wow, that's terrible that you had to insist that he actually try to market your home. I hope it ended well though.

It did. There were several minor hiccups though due to the guy's incompetence. Gotta do our due diligence when selecting a realtor. Buying/selling a home is a HUGE investment. So thank you for this info, Karin.

Of course, two women will agree to such a sexist comment. That is a perfect example of why I hire men over women. Women care about the title. Men care about the work. I bet you have a male secretary too huh?
