Health is based on the absolute value ignoring positive or negative. So the -20 health of raw monster meat means each monster meat heals almost 100 durability each, so one monster meat is better than tartare
Do u know if there is a mod that auto feeds the sot when it gets low? If one gets made can someone link it to me pls. I broke mine and I have to fight the twins again :/
Well, I did a little bit of research in the steam workshop but I could not find a mod that auto feeds the shield/mask when it gets near the breaking point, however, I was able to find a mod that auto-unequips both armor and hand slots when their about to break, I believe there are a few of these mods, but the one I tested even had a configuration menu where you could specify at what percent the shield/mask gets unequiped. If you're interested in that here it is: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2706972372&searchtext=auto+unequip

Thanks for your dedicated research!
With warlys monster tartar you can get a lot of durability for a cheap dish

It would be cool if garlic spiced foods increased the defensive durability of the shield since armor’s durability is a health value
