Anything cold helps, it reduces puffiness and slows blood circulation (which reduces redness around your eye) ice also does the trick

You know what I'm gonna try this while drinking lots of water too, but like until in 2 more days since I'm a bit busy at the moment but will for sure try this out and update y'all to see if it worked on my pink dark circles 🤦🏽♀️
Update: I did for 3 times while drinking some water and I did see a little difference 😃 It looks like my dark circles gotten a bit lighter so I'm pretty happy about that but I will continue doing this while drinking lots of water and more vegetables and fruits since those have vitamin c and some different ones.
Second update: My dark circles seems to be getting puffy again 😑 I think I just have fluid in my eyes because they feel squishy 😂 kinda fun to touch them but I do want to get rid as much as possible. I'm trying to sleep more drink more water and fruits. I need skin care products just for my oily nose and under eyes and also moisturizer for my face to look nice and glowy:)
3rd update: After drinking lots of water I noticed my face is a lot more balanced, glowy, and my under eyes seems to be a bit more hydrated but I still have them. I'm thinking if my under eyes just gets really dry which makes them dark so I'm going to buy eye masks, eye cream, and eye serum cuz my under eyes get really dry easily but hopefully the water will help them lessen the pigmentation:) (10|18|22)
4th update: I've been sleeping for a least 9 hours each day, drinking water, and eating less salty foods and boy I saw some great results. My dark circles are still pink but they look a lot more hydrated and less squishy which was the fluid under my eyes. I have been using eye masks and it didn't help to reduce its pigmentation but it did feel softer around under my eyes. My sister told me to just start wearing sunscreen since she said it brightens skin but also to protect from sun damage. She's going to order me one next month so I can't wait to use it and see if it will help:) 11/5/22
5th update: Y'all my under eyes are not baggy and are actually now just dark circles! I just will be using sunscreen and any lighting cream for my under eyes, make sure to sleep a least 9 hours each day and drink lots of water and exercise will also help, just like 2 or 3 days per week:) Hope these updates makes you feel motivated! 11/25/22
6th update: My dark circles have gotten so much better! And I'm so happy that they actually look less noticeable so it actually was a huge experience to try this. I have been drinking water, eating more fruits especially oranges. Thanks for noticing my comment and hoped this has helped many of you, it might won't work well or make your dark circles fade away if you just have them genetically. It could work if you just drink lots of water, sleep a least 9 hours a day, and eat fruits that has vitamins like vitamin c. but anyways goodluck to y'all:) 2 - 21 - 23

I remember I did this when I was younger (about 7years ago) and it worked but now it didn't, I guess it just removes puffiness and light/new pigmentation

Been doing this for few weeks now. Twice a day - in a morning, not long after waking up. And after work, almost right away. Combined with 15 min cold cucumber slices before going to sleep. Also getting to bed a bit more earlier than before. At first swelling reduced visibly. Now dark circles are reduced as well. The advice in video alone won't do it, but improved overall skin care and better sleeping patterns can help.

It gave me the opposite effect. I had almost no eyebags, I tried this to just finish them off, and now they’re noticeable.

Now it's been 2 weeks although i don't see much difference, maybe i should have to do some facial exercise with it and one more thing please don't apply if the spoon is too much cold if you have sensitive skin. And be patient it will take lots of time but will work.

For those of you freaking out about something meaningless. If you go about your day and your eyes are heavy, then you should do this, it will relieve the heaviness. And then you need to focus on what causes the heaviness, could be millions of things and you need to figure out which 1 or ones it is, and fix them. You will never get rid of the dark circles. It's caused by blood flow. You cannot change that. But you can make it less notable. If it really bothers you yhat much learn how to use make-up.
Use Vaseline it helps a lot it takes it away I like to put it on before I go to sleep it moisturizes your skin hope that helps💜

Hey guys, one more thing. Try using kukumadi oil, almond oil, or coconut oil. Put the oil underneath ur eye and pat it. Do it before u go to bed and sleep straight one position for a bit. Make sure u have 2 pillows elevated.

My left eyeball got stuck against one of the frozen spoons and when I finally pulled it off it left a permanent smudge on my left eye. They eyebags are still there.

If your fridge makes ice cubes or you just always got a ice cube tray in your freezer than put a ice cube on the spoon, leave it for 30 seconds and it’s cold enough, then put the ice on the spoon again for 30 seconds and do the other eye.

real thing-the puffiness contracts due to the surroundings- the cold spoon and becomes smaller
Don’t rely on this. It works but it’s a temporary fix. Models use this trick before shoots. As cliche as it sounds drink water daily and maybe invest in some collagen peptides. Collagen and stress is a big factor these days and with stress collagen breaks down faster

It’s better for a spoon. Spoons have conduction which when it gets cold it’s freezing because it’s metal but water will stay cold because when you put water on your face. Your body heat will make it hot. So a spoon is more effective
