    Dear Naman,
    Though I agree with you on a major ity of the points mentioned in your CAA video, I am skeptical regarding the coverage of the CAA amendment 2019. It fails to include the persecuted tamil speaking hindus in Sri Lanka for reasons unknown to me. In that context I believe it does violate the article 14. Can you please explain your views on the same?

    • @user-yq9ex7hr1i
      @user-yq9ex7hr1i 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you see CAA in isolation, then yes it is a violation of article 14, but we never judge anything in isolation so it should be seen from the context of partition. The basis of partition was religion. Muslims wanted a piece of land exclusively for themselves. The civilizational ethos of the Indian subcontinent with it's dharmic nature was pluralistic. Pakistan failed to protect it's minorities. Those persecuted minorities will benefit from CAA. Now the Muslim who chose Pakistan, did so because they didn't want to live with Hindus.so it is not applicable to them. But if they feel like being a citizen of India now, they can apply for citizenship. But we cannot let them infiltrate for economic benefit. And so it's important that CAA is implemented that really the poesecuted get relief and this humanitarian effort is not misused. Hence CAA doesn't violated article 14.

When there is actual work done to some extent by atleast one politician from every region and public is also knowledgeable enough to cast their vote on real work of their respective politicians then there won't be any necessity to splash unlimited money during election campaign.

    Let’s not forget that Rahul was ousted from parliament. He was evicted from his Govt residence. BJP have made any opposition impossible. Look at what is happening in Delhi. Half of their ministers have been put in jail by BJP. ALso, after BJP won in 2014, they spent crores to malign congress and Rahul Ghandi in particular. They have enormous finances at their disposal. WIth that kind of money you can destroy anyone’s reputation.

    I thoughtfully owe to mention that morality of our democratic institutions are very much compromising in today's era. Leaders Like Ambedkar & Prasad had gone through tough situations building a nation whose people never developed an ideology of living with other people belonging to different caste or religion peacefully, never had ever been united and experienced a long traumatic life at the helm of Britishers. This aroused them to live peacefully for the times and now we are on the course facing the same damn thing which has really kicked off from last few years and we shall be going again through such rebellion for sometime and then only the people of India will recollect the history of being free and remember those golden days and hopefully won't be committing such mistake again and again

      @mrudulabhalke1848 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Democracy doesn't warrant the PM to attend conferences🙄 He answers to the democratically elected parliament, the rest is his choice. He'll probably be invited to thousands of them.
      What are the rest of the ministers for? Are they too avoiding? Their own portfolios' work is out in the open and they are questioned everywhere. The external affairs, the meity, the finance Ministry and only they can answer most accurately, in proper technical terms and detail.
      I don't understand this obsession of asking questions to the PM only, unless of course objective is to catch something to distort and make memes out of it like his speeches are.
      In the end, people can decide who was more reliable😊 conferences or not.

    • @mrudulabhalke1848
      @mrudulabhalke1848 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Pure socialist model is NOT sustainable, howmuchever you like their values. Young people like Bhagat Singh and billions were attracted to it in the imperial and collonial world and rightly so, but show me one, successful, democratic socialist country/ state.
      Look at Kerala for instance. Amazing human development because of socialism, but their point of breaking has come. They are not able to pay salaries and pensions of people. Their contention is Centre putting a cap for borrowing, but its for ALL the states, not just Kerala. And rightly so, do we want to plummet into 1980-90s crisis again? A state can't even have equivalent of forex reserve.
      When they approached, Supreme Court asked the Central govt to give them a bail out package but with stricter terms for the next time because of mismanagement (Unchecked borrowing with minimal capex). They simply disagreed, they just don't want to change their system. One feels like laughing, if they know the history of the world. The birth country of Socialism, USSR had to liberalise the economy because of crisis, then plummet into civil unrest and ultimately dictatorship, 'cause you can't get socialists to agree with your capitalist moves to save their damn economy. Exactly same with China. These 2 countries are only flourishing amazingly with predominant socialism and some capitalism only because they don't allow dissent.
      Imagine Kerala with an amazing human development liberalising in a controlled manner. It will be like a heaven. It won't give just 1 rupee but 5 rupees or more to the country, plus unparalleled standard of living. They'll just have to accept exaggerated inequality (since it already exists no matter how socialist). Or they have to face civil unrest because max population don't have much wealth to cope with a financial crisis (their debt is more than 100% of their GDP).
      Also, you might as well stop that stupid rhetoric of getting just 0.15 instead of 1, a state like Maharashtra gives much much more and recieves much less percentage wise, but no one's cribbing. We as a country have obligations to develop the underprivileged and backward sections (many so at the behest of your so called socialist states- frieght equalisation policy or other states should give them one step repatriation money for all that minerals), yes more accountability needed but that doesn't give you license to abuse and be selfish.
      At the end of they day, I'm not sure if you know, but the BJP has not just been efficient at extracting money from businesses but also immensely distributing it among the poor, effectively raising almost all of the remaining population out of extreme poverty. Earlier, corruption used to eat 90% of the money from top to bottom. That makes the BJP the most socialist of them all👀 Anyway, I loved Naman sir's idea of pressurising them to just donate all that electoral bond money to the poor of the country remaining after elections, before Supreme Court only tells them to😂 All of that money is white after all😁 not suitcase money like previous times (eg; Harshad Mehta scam)
