This is a remix of A CYBER'S WORLD?, the Cyber Fields area theme from the game DELTARUNE using Touhou instruments. It is a game by Toby Fox, creator of Undertale, who recently released a new chapter for the game. This is Deltarune Chapter 2. Hope you enjoy!
This time I tried to make it sound in the style of Touhou 15 ~ Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom.
I honestly prefer A Field of Hopes and Dreams to this one. That song just has more elements and a good chord progression... This one is pretty repetitive, which is why it was easy for me to transcribe quickly. Making it sound like a touhou track, however, was a completely different story. Swing? When does ZUN do swing tracks? The best I could do was pick a game from Touhou with a similar aesthetic/electronic style and find the most suitable instruments (and fill it up here and there).
Why does this video look a lot like ShinkoNet's videos? Well, because ShinkoNet is also me. The channel got permanently demonetized due to the associated adsense (not mine) being banned. Can't do anything about it, so I'm making that channel for portfolio works only and shifting fun content to this channel! Fresh start, eh?... Would appreciate a sub if I can get back an audience similar to my last channel.

I guess this will be one of the trends in each chapter. The first area theme is supposed to perfectly capture the vibe of each dark world.
Field of Hopes and Dreams: The feeling of exploring a magic fantasy world full of personified playing cards and chess pieces as well as living toys, in much the same way as Alice in Wonderland.
A Cyber's World: The feeling of exploring a cyberpunk world made of programs, wires, computer circuits, and internet connections, in much the same way as Mega Man Battle Network.
Oh yes! I'm glad someone felt the same way when exploring the cyber city in Chapter 2 here. I can't rid off the feeling as if I'm playing Megaman Battle Network too! But this remix somehow give me Megaman ZX vibes. Good stuff! 👍

Refrigerator dark world
@Papyrus The ending shows Kris waking up on the couch in the middle of the night and creating a dark fountain in the middle of the floor. Chapter 3 will take place in Kris/Toriel's living room. The main antagonist of this dark world is hinted to be the TV.
i have to wonder, has ZUN acknowledged UNDERTALE/DELTARUNE? a lot of Toby's tracks work surprisingly well with touhou instrumentation, and also seems structured the same way touhou stage tracks are

While in Japan, Toby Fox met ZUN and ZUN stated he's played Undertale and was particularly fond of 'Spear of Justice'. (which in fact sampled the "ZUNpets") There was more to the conversation but apparently Toby Fox felt so honored by this meeting.
@@corrinflakes9659 Touhou was one of Toby's big inspirations, both in music and gameplay, and he expressed on twitter that he had been a fan of the series since he was 10. Naturally, if you were to create something and then meet with someone that heavily inspired it, that would be truly something, but then if that inspiration told you that they enjoyed what you created, "honored" is a very reasonable way to describe it. He created a game with inspiration from Touhou, then met the creator of Touhou, and ZUN told Toby that he enjoyed the game and music (at least Spear of Justice. I'd have to dig more to see if there was anything said about other tracks or the OST in general). It only adds to it that Toby had been a fan from such a young age.

Good description. Toby is really hardcore fan. When he started playing Touhou, it was beginning to become popular only in Japan.

its said that chapter 3,4, and 5 come out at the same time so we might have to wait for like forever for the next 3 chapters or just the same time it took for chapter 2 ( i think we gonna have to wait like forever but its gonna be worth it)

Isn't there 7, if you look at the chapter select there's 7 spaces and Asriel is meant to arrive a week from chapter 1
in game files there are sprites for 10 chapters. toby is gonna suprise us more than once with this game

I like the Field of Hopes and Dreams Touhou remix a bit more, but this one is also really well done.
