9/10 of time all you have to do is disassemble the pressure canister cylinder give it a good clean and re-grease the runner o-ring in and around the piston, job done. I've never had to buy a replacement o-ring kit.

So it was done before. But over time, the rubber deteriorates and breaks apart. :(

Why would one of these garden pressure sprayers be leaking at top of green cap. Pumping pressure OK. No problem there but then it's leaking out at top. What's the problem? Pissing out air.
i've got the same sprayer and it seems to be leaking at the top seams of the plastic bottle (the gap that joins between the two pieces of blow-moulded plastic). Any good ways to seal it?
May try with sealant.

To Ka Ho, the best solution to that issue is to buy some 2 parts epoxy glue, mix a little bit of it and apply it into the gap with a filling knife. I doubt sealant would be able to withstand the pressure generated by the pump.

May i ask why you're measuring all these different o rings before you even disassemble the device? There is only one O ring to replace, and common sense would tell you which one was correct. Thumbs down for drawing this out with a bunch of unhelpful nonsense
