We have had twi of these water bowl for several years with no issues at all. The automatic all-house generator handles the power outages automatically. No problems.
Hi, Miranda! The product is very good, but it is in plastic wich can provoke chin acne. However cats like this fountain a lot. I wonder if I should buy it.
I think they stopped putting them in. I didn't get one either. I'm still trying to figure out how to put it together and this video told me nothing that's not right in front of me.
I didn't look at the instructions after she read hers coz mine were different. I just put the bits in in the order i thought and it worked.. did you manage😊
The purpose of the water fountain is to always be running so an on and off switch is not practical in the sense that you want to have it running all the time.
did you put water in it? you might have to submerge the water sensor, perhaps tip some into the pump and blow using your mouth to get moisture where it needs to go.
I bought one and also watched your video. Jury is out on whether or not my Freddie will take to it. It did not come with instructions nor did it come with those neat cleaning brushes. Made in china of course......sigh

This definitely didn't help. You tore it apart to wash it but didn't show the putting it together part which is where the directions are confusing

Just unboxed mine and it is stuck in red light mode and not working. Took apart and cleaned, but still not working.
