Colin's voice is still gorgeous, can still hit the highest notes strong and clear. Amazing group, phenomenal sound.
Some bands just can't bring it the way they used to once they get to this kind of age. The Zombies are *not* one of those bands. What a great performance!
How many groups, current or not, could sound incredible in a bicycle shop? Pure naked art without net. The Zombies are more alive than ever and still kicking and rocking better than ever!!!
After some 40-50 years of absence from the public, The Zombies sound better than ever! Nice selection of bicycles by the way, KEXP.
Saw them about 4 years ago. Colin Blunstones voice is just as good as it was in the sixties!
At first I thought "why are the Zombies playing in a bike shop, surely that's beneath them?" But it's beautifully filmed and somehow really fitting and cool! In fact, their surroundings seem more suitable than a typical venue. The band is pretty tight and I think that Rod Argent has always been underrated as a keyboard player.
Colin Blunstone's voice has lost a lot of it's gentleness and "breathiness", which was its most appealing quality. He now focuses more on power and obviously those nuances have gone. But voices will inevitably change over the years. His voice at half mast is better than most people's at 100%.
THE ZOMBIES ROCKS!!! I love you guys!
After so many years you follow me stirring up!
Unas leyendas....!!! Nadie como ellos, Colin Blustone y Rod Argent maestrasos.
Been listening to these guys since 5 th grade!! Amazing still!!
Right! I loved them then on my Mom’s radio ( on till suppertime), born in ‘53!
Wow I love this Band I grew up listening I’m 63 and played the drums from when I was 9 very cool 😎 Thank you guys ❤️💪✌️
Wow, great keyboard solos on Time of the Season and Hold Your Head Up. Rod's the man.
Nothing's Changed and I Love You - songs of the Zombies I love. Seems that 'nothing's changed' after all these years. They are still awesome!
Just 5 guys making astounding music: no half-dozen backup musicians & tapes, just talent & performance. God Save The Zombies!
The Zombies, at Mellow Johnny's. That was such a treat to listen to!
Timeless professional and masters of all they survey
Excelent performance by The Zombies.
Still rocking it!
Care of Cell 44 blew me totally away!
I'm 45 yrs old and Zombies are one of my favorite bands of all time.
White replaced the Zombies' initial bassist, Paul Arnold... Jim Rodford was a founding member of Argent... hence why he filled in for White... The Zombies current line up: Vocals - Colin Blunstone, Keyboards/ Vocals - Rod Argent, Bass guitar - Jim Rodford, Guitar - Tom Toomey, Drums - Steve Rodford... I'll be seeing them November 10th 2015 at the Forum in London. Not sure why White and Grundy are not playing with them at the moment but I have my suspicions... the original guitarist Paul Atkinson died in 2004. Tom Toomey is in Colin Blunstone Solo band (18 years)... hence his inclusion.
"I have my suspicions" Can you say what they are? I always thought it was because that Hugh Grundy left the music business altogether and that Chris White no longer wanted to play live.
Mega. ...thats pure music. ...love it.
She's not there and time of the season, my favorite!!!!
Hold Your Head Up is a masterpiece
This is too fucking cool, my only wish is to still be acquainted and playing with my band now at their age
this is insanely awesome omg
Just saw them at Milwaukee Summerfest on Saturday...They also do "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted" (Colin's hit with Dave Stewart) and "Old and Wise" (Colin's classic with Alan Parsons Project)...they even played "Summertime" (the first song they ever recorded!) as an encore! Not to be missed!
Dang! These guys still cook!
still cool! ,beautiful music they have
Having seen them in 2014 and 2015 it sounds like Colin's voice was off the day of this production. Both performances were delightful and rank high in our lifetime bests. The Odyssey & Oracle tour was mesmerizing.
Prestigious from here in Manaus, AM, Brazil🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷Long live The Zombies!! Colin my crush❤❤❤
Children THIS is why 60's rock - pop was / is so good
OK... 1973 Melody Maker Awards Concert. Kennington Oval Cricket Ground. Argent came on late morning and were great.
I did not know at the time the Zombies Argent connection. ELP played in the evening and killed it. Wishbone Ash rounded
the bill out. Oh by the way Genesis, with Peter Gabriel, Focus and Blind Faith filled out the day time slots in between. All in
all fairly memorable... 46 years on... what a blessed music life we’ve all lived eh.
I saw hem at the Keswick Theater in Glenside Pa, when they first got back together. Amazing is all I can say
Love The Zombies! Professional all the way. Outstanding
I think the zombies are rapidly becoming one of my favorite bands. Still lies the rain on my chin so deep. ❤❤❤
Just saw them live in Amsterdam, They played for over 2 hours. It was absolutely amazing,
Mellow Johnny's Bike Shop is the best bike shop name of all time. That would make for a good band name.
Outstanding and absolutely brilliant lads! Colins vocals are 20:26 just as pure and strong as they were all back in the 60s!! Rod is nothing short of a keyboard wizard.Hoping for Rods speedy recovery!☮️
Just saw them in Annapolis and this video really captures how good they are. Colon Blumstone and Rod Argent just turned 68 this month!
Time of the Season was beyond perfection 15:50
and with original keyboard introduction!
The equalization of the sound is great! Very good....
Rod Argent always has been the true heart and soul of this fabulous band!!
Absolutely SUPERB!
I still get the kick. . . LOVE it Just like i first heard SHE S NOT THERE when I was in grade school. Am an original fan.
Absolutely amazing! I watched the gig three times in a row and decided to write my first comment on youtube, ever. Best version of "She's Not There" - goose pimples feeling!
I have watched this concert several times also. I never get tired if them
Amazing!
As old as they may be, they still sound great. Props to them
So good to see them back together and performing again. : )
They always were a quality group. They still sound good!Colin Thurstone has such a smooth voice! And Rod Argent is an excellent player. They have stood the test of time. This is like a class on how to play and sing well no matter what the age. They have kept it together! Bravo 👏🏻
I married my wife because of Odesey and Oracle.
Thank you sirs.

寺内タケシ先生 ありがたいです
Rod Argent - wtf...the man is a walking legend on those keys....fantastic man...love him...love them all..
Got to see them this year, don't know how but have to.
The Zombies are Awesome.
The Zombies have people in the audience that are young enough to be my kids which tells me that the youngsters would rather hear real talented singers instead of the fake ones the media talks about constantly today. If they are ever in town I will be happy to pay to see them sing.
jaysus, Rod! That solo in HYU ! I got a chance to hang w/them a bit at 1st Av. on their first reunited tour. Probably 7 years ago or more. It might have been because I was with a particularly good looking woman or the fact that I brought the back of my Leslie speaker cab with me for an autograph. It DID bring a huge smile to Rod's face! BTW, they played Pleasure that night. That's in my top 50 songs. And they killed it!
Bloody hell. This is excellent. First class.
Perfect.
Period.
Almost unbelievable: quartet with singer, backside of their 60s, so freakin tight. Garage band rick ina bicycle shop: our folk music!
Wow this is awesome.
Great guys!!!
I Love this Band!
Was going to complain that there's no timecodes for the songs, but can I really complain about 'having' to sit through some amazing music.
To be at a Bike Shop & The Zombies Show Up !
We are all dying every second of every day. Some of us can still play music.
Que gran banda. Bellos temas e interpretaciones de primerisimo nivel. Faltaron temas pero me doy por bien servido
