    The very best video review about Nomax!
    Such a cool ideas.
    I'm thinking on selling my Givi tank bag (ST605B) and search for a solution that is waterproof without cover.
    Mosko Hood Tank Bag is the solution, but honestly, i don't like very much the design.
    Then i saw this one and even needing a rain cover (😞) and seem to be a little "overkill" for me (so much storage and size) i could sell also my 1.5L Camel Back HydroBack, and have all-in-one.
    I think that your video convinced me about going with the Nomax for about 95%. I just have to see it it will fit on the new KTM 1290 Super Adventure S 2021 that i'm thinking on buying.
    Now 2 questions:
    1- Is it easy to drink while riding? I'm asking because the end of the hose seems to be a little big and i'm not sure if it will not be difficult to drink with my Arai Tour-X 4;
    2- Using as a backpack, the back of the Nomax isn't too warm? It seems so.
    Sorry for this long comment that seems a testament 😆 and i really hope you can answer me.
    Thanks
    Greetings from Portugal

    • @vinnybadventures2636
      @vinnybadventures2636  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you Castro!
      I think the Nomax will absolutely look cool on the new Super Adventure!
      For your questions:
      1. It all depends on the helmet and the space you have between your chin and the chin piece. I'm using a modular helmet so I just flip up the chin bar when I need a sip.
      2. There's not much ventilation indeed, probably a bit warmer then a well designed hiking backpack. Then again: it's primary a tank bag of course and it's well designed for that ànd offers the possibility to carry it on your back.
      Good luck with your choices!

      @@vinnybadventures2636 Hi,
      I have to be honest: My hopes to get an answer from you were not very high but i was glad to see that you took the time to reply.
      Honestly, again, i wasn't capable of waiting so i ordered the bag and the camelbak piece after about 30 minutes of write that testament to you 😆😆😆
      Now i'll try to sell my Givi (it's like new) and my Camelbak Hydrobak 1,5L.
      Unfortunately the Mosko will take 2 weeks (+/-) to arrive.
      But damn 19€ of shipping costs! I can't understand why orders from The Netherlands to Portugal (both European countries) are always so expensive. I make orders from Spain, Germany and UK (before Brexit...) and sometimes heavier things, and i never pay so much like from The Netherlands.
      But the important is that the order is made, and 98% because of your video! 😁
      Thanks!
      Best regards

    • @Kurt013
      @Kurt013 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well the first piece (Camelbak magnet) arrived today. Unfortunately, Mosko tank bag will take much longer.
      I saw that you don't have more videos.
      Do you use panniers (hard luggage) or the Mosko Backcountry panniers? If so, i would like to see a video from you regarding that.
      I have a set of Givi Trekker Outback but i'm considering moving to soft panniers. Never made the switch because of security (of the luggage) reasons.
      Yes i know that the aluminium panniers are not properly safe since it's probably extremely easy for a thief to open it, but the soft (even with solutions like the Mosko Steelcore Luggage Locking Strap that probably someone can just cut it) seems to be even less protective.
      I really like the Mosko Backcountry, and i don't doubt about their quality construction, but the price is scary 😆
