What great publicity for the sport. After watching these NitroAmerica videos of the 2012 March Meet and CHRR I couldn't resist taking the trip over from England for this meeting. Very tempted to do the same again for the CHRR in October after watching this video. Les - try offering this vid to the BBC for network broadcast.

You know when people talk about spiritual experiences, I am baffled that they rarely mention Funny Cars. Nothing moves the spirit like Top Fuel, at least not mine.
Those front engined dragsters sure look odd! So used to the rear ones here in Europe. Why do they drive them? Seem more dangerous, and just plain slower
The Funny Cars are where they need to be in looks and performance. The dragsters... WTF??? Those things have never existed in the real world of the 60's/70's. Either fix them or get rid of them. Please don't call them top fuel. Call them what they are.... Top Fuel Abominations.
