I just loved the traditional markets in the Philippines. Their vegetables are fresher and cheaper than supermarkets. Those preserved pork looks interesting, especially the Etag. Anyone know what it tastes like?

Siguro kilala kita...nakatira kami sa hospital compound...herrera family....i finished my elementary and high school at st vincent....binenta na namin bahay namin doon mula noong umalis kami doon 1990...sa nueva ecija na kami...since then di na ako naka visit diyan sa bontoc..planning to visit kung maka uwi ako ng pinas

There are 2 types of etag. The dark one “kiniing” is smoked and sun dried while the other one called “inasin” is salted and sun dried. Kiniing is commonly prepared by boiling it first while the Inasin are deep fried. They are usually chopped into small pieces and mixed with vegetables

Incest must be avoided by Bontoc at all cost....hence the whole Cordilleras....don't destroy the young of the Cordilleras....😮❤
