In regards to diabetes I would get yourself a 'freestyle libre sensor" so you can monitor what different foods do to your blood sugar. You can even set alarms for them. I am not diabetic but experience hypoglycemia which is low blood sugar, after I eat certain foods. For me the key is to eat very low carbohydrates. As long as I do that I am okay 👍
i bought one , and test myself every day since several weeks, now, very helpful....

That is African politics for you, Rawlings government employed people to clean up, Kufuor came and said it's wast of public find and cancelled it.

The road traffic regulations by law enforcers working within the laws that Govern, none functioning brake lights, driving without due care especially for motor cycle not alone bicycle forget it vehicle joining road traffic without appropriate indicator signals, all started this way by believing offering ,prayers to vehicle and driver in past saves lives 🤣, Authorities tried in past to enforce the road traffic regulations, next came anti Governance campaigns within the political arena, though some law enforcers also guilty by violating right to drive in peace ✌, till it became ungovernable yeah I said it, stupidity in the highest order with imported vehicles and road accidents? Ignoring road safety regulations is what kills!! Reflects the consciences, so you end up passing that mad max big black pick-up truck, what a buffoon
