at some point in one's cooking, it pays to stop being such a slave to "OMG, what's the recipe?!" ....use your eyes!!!! You KNOW what bacon is, you KNOW what an onion, ground beef, brown sugar, lemon, cheese, green chili, etc are. If there's any one or two things you don't recognize, then that's a fair question-- but this is pretty straight forward!

I think your flavors and sliced utilized here are excellent, your bacon jam looks very flavorful and your use of lemon juice and zest is superb. I would try your recipe with homemade bread or maybe a quality sourdough, and nicer cheeses and maybe a grass fed rib eye or strip. I feel like the choice of meat brings down the dish and doesn't seem like it is worthy of the effort you put into the dish. But great video ❤ 👍🏿

Mabye get some Worcestershire sauce in (maybe you did video is fast) but I think maybe overload on onions and some lettuce or tomatoes could absorb the juices so maybe a little more focus on the sauce. Except that man definitely 9/10
