Hi Helen Thank you for flipping through the book Creepy Cross Stitch. I liked the book because it has some really cute designs. I always love when you do get a cross stitch book that you go through them and show us what is inside them. I picked this up at the library a couple years ago. I’d rate it up there as one of the best cross stitch books published. It was a nice surprise.

This is the book that got me back into cross stitch. I think I got mine in Fall of 2023. I did the bat for my daughter and it was amazing ❤❤🦇 ❤❤

I don’t stitch halloween but this book might change my mine because of the cat charts! They are perfect.
I am not a Halloween stitcher however I enjoyed your flip through - a bit different from the usual orange-purple and green colors - nice use of fabric and floss - 🙂
I bought this book last month & have a few patterns in it ready to start!! Just busy with Jolly July right now. lol

Awesome book! The moon stitches are my favorite, along with the vintage style pumpkins. I’m looking forward to seeing what you decide to stitch.
Cute book! Maybe you can bring it to someplace like Staples or Kinkos and have them spiral bind the book for you. This way you can stitch the patterns printed on the black grid with easier access to the book if making a working copy proves difficult to read or print out.
I've never tried that, but I bet it would help!

Question, can you print a chart from a Kindle book or save it as a PDF? I've never tried it and always wondered.
I honestly wasn't sure. Lol I can at minimum save a screenshot of the pages to my phone. So I can at least print a working copy. This is the first time I've had a chart on Kindle so I'm learning. Lol 😂

I'm a little concerned which is why I wanted to mention it.
Definitely going to have to pick this one up! I see a lot of opportunities for spooky smalls in this book, too, which I appreciate. For the black background charts, I wonder if scanning it and then manipulating it in PhotoShop or the GIMP or something would work for a printable chart.... 🤔

Spooky Rose is cute but some of the others…..I guess I don’t get the love of these…….they accomplish their creepy purpose!

Just for working copy with the black grids, maybe scan to markup?
What about taking the book to Staples and having them remove the binding and get it spiral bound? Then you can lay the book flat.
