How to book Rs500/- special entry ticket?

You can get the tickets from counter at the entrance of the temple just before the stairs or you can get it after entry as well. There is a counter post entering as well. You will easily find it

Sleeves allow hai kya?

There is no restriction on sleeves as far as I know but if you can avoid, do avoid in order to avoid any last movement issues.
Otherwise if they restrict you can manage this way
If it’s saree, you can cover sleeves with pallu. In case of suit you can use duppatta to cover or get a cream Kerala style shawl from near by stall to use.
