The Breakfast Club is like the modern day talk show. It has introduced me to so many people, artists, and topics that I wouldn't have known about. I remember coming to NY for the first time, hearing the hottest songs. Those songs would take almost a month to make it to where I lived so we were always behind. Shows like this keep us all on the same playing field. Enjoyed Kes' energy, he never stopped moving. I wonder if Machel Montano ever been interviewed on here because he is the King of Soca.
Digicel had it's own version called Showdown with Lyrikal vs Skinny Fabulous and Queen Alison vs Patrice. If we want it on a larger scale, everyone has to support the artists. Buy soca music.
