@louiscongionti2394 Good tip never knew this ! I just read about it, and it is generally recommended to keep it in an upright position to ensure proper fluid distribution and function ,but this is not the biggest problem. I am supposed to compress the tensioner with the position facing up and down,otherwise, all the oil is no longer in the oil reservoir of the tensioner, and it can no longer function correctly. Maybe I will do the job again and reset the tensioner correctly .

You should never lay down the tensioner . After you remove it you supposed to put it in a vise and install the pin .
