    I'm so bummed. I've loved all of your videos. I even bought a 2022 Rmax2 Sport, and am loving it ! Can't wait to see what's next. It will probably break my heart, but I'm really curious what you are asking g for it ? What a great (trail tested) package ! Thanks for all the videos ! Look me up if you are ever adventuring in NE Washington state.

      Thanks for following along!!! We had some fun adventures. Glad you're loving your RMAX. I'm sure we'll be back in the NW before long. It would be fun to explore trails with you.

    Hi, I have really enjoyed watching your video on your RMAX build. What do you think of the Adventure Pro system?

    • @TruckCamper
      @TruckCamper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I like the concept. It is neat for tracking trips and displaying additional vehicle data (rpm, mpg, volts). Most seem to complain about the map program and slow speed. It could be improved. But works and neat integration. 👌

    Thank you for the video. I just purchased a wolverine and this was helpful with deciding on accessories. I went with same glass/soft side enclosure but I can't get the xprite mirror mount to work with the glass. I have the mount that clamps on the a-pillar with one side open. How did you make yours work? Thanks.

    • @TruckCamper
      @TruckCamper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Believe it is the Tusk frame bracket mounts. Essentially uses the roll cage bolts for bracket attachment then attach mirrors of choice to bracket.

    That is absolutely not what limit straps are for smdh. Limit straps are to protect your axles when you remove your sway bar because it will allow the suspension excessive room to drop down thus pulling the axle joint apart.

    • @TruckCamper
      @TruckCamper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Incorrect. Sway bar only reduces side to side axle travel. Idea is to reduce body lean at higher speeds. Not beneficial at low speed (like we do). Sway bars do not limit vertical movement when both axles move together such as jumping or full unloading. Get a measuring tape and test for yourself. :)

    • @anythingthatflys
      @anythingthatflys ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That is wrong, they will still have full travel with sway bar connected.
      Limit straps just keep the shocks internal components from slapping against the housing nut and causing shock damage.

      Still big into off road... We built 2 other rigs since this one sold. Just have been rather occupied with real estate projects. We plan to get back to sharing videos but realistically they are not the highest priority as they are time intensive and don't produce much financially. But we do enjoy sharing info and helping people which the videos are great for! Thanks for watching.

    after a year of ridding and fun what is your opinion of inside the cab noise? many people say the max is extremely noisy to the point you can't talk while ridding or just its uncomfortable what is your opinion keep in mind I won't be wearing a helmet so that will affect it for me

    • @TruckCamper

      Noise is one of the reasons we sold ours. The best solution is the Sena Tufftalk lite headphones. Best solution for talking and cutting noise. Wireless and use anywhere originally designed for construction applications. Hope that helps

    I have a 22 Rmax2 with factory windshield washer and wiper. Did you have a problem with rain coming inside the machine frome where the roof meets the windshield? I have and I don't understand why. I have tried everything to stop the rain from coming in.

    • @TruckCamper
      @TruckCamper  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have not. The top seal is a bit tricky... however we've only been in light rain at lower speeds. Not sure how it would be a high speeds in monsoon rains.

      Yes, light rain NP heavy rains not good. I have completely taken windshield out and roof and re installed them. Most recent try is dark gorilla tape on seam will see how that works

    • @TruckCamper

      We tried everything to improve the noise. Disassembled the entire cab and installed sound deadener (both sides of plastics). No difference. Best thing was the Sena Tuff Talk Lite wireless headsets. Great for noise, communication and listening to music or phone calls.
