I tenderized the arms a few times :P I don't know why speedunners don't tenderize though. Maybe the hitzone values don't change as much as other monsters so it's not worth doing. (I still like doing it though)
Finished watching this video and was excited to see what the weapon would be at the end fortunately, or not depending on how you look at it, it was the weapon i've been using for the last 400 hours of MHWI and the weapon i solo'd fatty with LOL very fun video, i'll have to try out AT Velkhana at some point and take down another few fatalis, any tips on the two of them?
Eyyy! I'm assuming you mean the Swaxe, but technically Gunlance was at the very end so it could be that too! One tip for AT Velkhana is to be very careful when using clutch claw on her, as she'll rip you off very fast even with Mantles on. One of the best times to tenderize outside of a clagger is when she uses her ice beam. You can safely grab even her head while she's doing that. The wide sweeping beam she does has a long animation, and while her straightforward beam is much quicker, she'll always use that one twice in a row when she's enraged, so you can get a tendy in if you react quick enough!

I just turned off Volumetric Fog, and increased the colours a tiny bit via Reshade
