welp, I'm looking for a current clamp probe for electrical circuit but this vid showed up. it's amazing anyway! I didn't know that there's a pipette small enough and precise enough to isolate a single ion channel membrane. insane!
Hello, we are either having this topic in bio class, so the quintessence is that: the depolarisation plays a role, wherefore the graoh goes down and after the inactivation you can't see any changes in the graph, right? 1:44
Yesterday spent several hours on this stupid Patch-clamp Electrophysiology by watching lecture video several times and reading the textbook again and again, but still, nothing is clear for me. Then I figure out everything by this video...
Isn't it a little farfetched to state that the inside-out recording allows for single-channel recordings? It would be quite impossible to make sure that the excised piece of membrane only contains one channel. Otherwise, thanks for the video, very instructive and clear
Thank you for the animation which is very easy to understand
this is a wonderful video, so clear
Very well explained! thanks
was looking for the section on different variations of patch clamp electrophysiology. thanks!
Glad it was helpful!

Зрители этого видео из Германии есть?
Warum gibt es dazu kein deutsches Video?
Es tut mir leid. I hope es gibt
Nhhh
Is this bio, chem, or just plain old mix of everything research
I don't see why anyone would want whole-cell patch clamping in vivo.
French sub please
