If anyone hires Jason Garrett, they will never get to the Super Bowl. This has been proven. This guy obviously doesn’t know that, and I just lost a lot of respect for his opinion. Jason Garrett is a nice guy, and he’s a decent coach, but he’s not what you would want if you want greatness.

Point of order: Colin's argument is that it has worked in the past but it won't work moving forward. With that being said, I still believe defense wins championships.

The offensive coach trend is relatively new. Chances are you're talking about a time period that is irrelevant to today. All recent data points in favor of offensive coaches... including superbowls and it's not even close.
