I read that skipping/jump rope for 5 minutes a day helps lose more weight than running or walking does. There are TH-cam videos where people show their progress and it's really surprising. Just do what motivates you and makes you happy, it may not even be exercise but maybe dance, either way I hope it goes well. I wish you luck 🥰

Yes just keep moving no need to be too harsh with your body .... Just keep moving..... Something is better than nothing so even when you feel lazy just move around the room like even when you are watching t.v, talking I phone.... Laying sitting less on bed instead just walk inside the room for 10 minutes or 15, 20 minutes.... These are what I do to keep my weight stable
