I was going thru menopause.. and then I ignorantly took St. John’s wort and then doctor gave me trazadone for sleep.. mixing them causes ‘serotonin syndrome’.. spiritual adviser gave me supplements including 5-HTP.. causing minor seizures and fell out in a semi-coma starving as I was trauma bonded to my dad and abused.. long story.. magical life w all my animals and a wonderful home that was my sanctuary.. lost near everything... loving without boundaries and self care first.... Yes! Trust your gut!.. and don’t mix chemicals!!! and St. John’s Wort and 5-HTP need to be prescription in the USA🇺🇸 .. to keep us safe as they do in France 🇫🇷 and Germany 🇩🇪
