If I’m correct, I believe that the two books, Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, are a duology set in the Grishaverse but focused on these 3 especially! I ordered them purely to read about the Crows and I’m so excited so I hope this helps if you want to learn more about them!

If im not mistaken im pretty sure leigh bardugo will make a six of crows movie or tv show after 3 season of shadow ns bone because each shadow nd bone season is based on the 3 books in the actual trilogy then six of crows duology comes

tbh i felt that they switched stances compared to the books. inej was more reserved in the show than in the books and by contrast kaz was practically proposing in the show 😂
kaz was smarter and more ruthless too in the book, and him agreeing for a dangerous mission for just a million kruge is very far from book!kaz imo but freddy's such a good actor nonetheless, it's the way they wrote kaz in the show that bothers me.
@@jo8109 You should remember that the show is a prequel and they grow a lot along with what they're willing to do for a certain amount of money. Think they learnt their lesson in the show.

He's the one who's more visibly into her, but I think that could be a consequence of aging them up... I like it because I feel Kaz is too much of an asshole in the book at times. This puts them on equal ground from the very beginning and I'm curious to see how they move them forward.
@@kash5371 in terms of the money, yes i agree, maybe it will be part of their growth but they still made him less ruthless in the show imo. book!kaz didn't hesitate to kill a kid when he was young while show!kaz didn't really portray that amount of ruthlessness which is a big change since book kaz was really known for his wicked, crooked ways hence the nickname "dirtyhands"

The show is called Shadow and Bone on Netflix and it's definitely worth watching! I recommend reading the books first tho, especially the Six of Crows duology where Kaz and Inej (and the rest of the Crows) are the main characters. I personally didn't like Shadow and Bone (book) trilogy but the SoC duology is one of the best books I've ever read!
