When I said transform (which took me like an hour for it to come out of my mouth) I felt my body rush my heart beat beat fast I ran into the bathroom I saw that my hair was now turning to fur my nails were now claws my hands were paws and when the hour was up I felt that I had made myself come to it’s true self
When I did this my skin ternd a different color and my nails grew longer and my Tung was longer and my clothes felt too small and I blacked out for five minutes

I just use it as a relaxation audio. Helps you get to sleep as this hypnosis stuff hasn’t worked on me yet.
