few minutes after doing this: I feel itchy kind of when I move it feels like I have fur but my muscles hurt especially my legs but with transformation spells it usually does so
Day 1 - I went to a zoo and the first thing I wanted to see was the wolves also I had more energy so far this is working
Day 2 - I didn't do much today but its night right now and I'm really hungry so I went and got some food
Day 3 - I didn't do much but I had a lot more energy and I was able to clean my room in an 1 hour with the extra energy it would usually take me like 5 hours or more because it gets really messy it also felt like I was moving a bit faster and I have this really heavy punching bag I'm usually not able to pick it up I went to try and it was really light
Day 4 - again tonight I got hungry I had way more energy but I didn't do much I was editing videos, reading, and watched movies I have also seen a bit of like a yellow golden like specks in my eyes but they are faint you have to look really close and my canine teeth have stared to become sharper it also feels like I have wolf ears and a tail and a bit of fur on my arms and legs
Day 5 - not much happened basically just having more energy and being stronger running faster
Day 6 - getting closer to the full moon today was basically yesterdays stuff
Day 7 - even closer to the full moon the full moon is so close
Day 8 - the full moon is in 21 hours its at 8:36 p.m. tomorrow night ill update more after the full moon
Day 9 - (day of the full moon) : i felt very powerful
Day 10 - (day after the full moon) : i have been so connected to wolves my whole life last night i was so connected and i feel still really connected

Day 1 the full moon was in 7 more days and i said the spell a couple more times and then i went to bed feeling a little weird Day 2 my arms are aching and i had a sore throat that is all the was happening I'ill tell you what happens at night because that only happened in the morning and after that I'll keep you updated edit: look I know I said I'm going to update at night but GOD DANG MY ARM HURTS IT'S BEEN HURTING ALL DAY AND I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO THROW UP ALSO IM SO HUNGRY I'm sorry i just needed to say that now I'm actually going to update at night Day 2 night: I still have a sore throat and my arm are hurting and I some how sleepy till 1:15 am and I'm still tired and my tongue is dry like I didn't drink today and my eyes are so sensitive to light still and I can barely talk check back in for more on day 3- now my arm hurts a little less but my neck and back hurts and I'm still hungry and somehow still tired after 3 hours also my eyes are starting to dry now and I can taste things from day's ago check back in at night for more Day 3 night: after saying the spell again it feels like I have a headache but I don't at the same time also my arm hurts even more somehow and when I went to the bathroom it looked like my eyes are becoming golden yellow and my teeth are sharper and everytime I burp it feels like I'm going to throw up check back in on Day 4: my stomach hurts and it also feel weird also i getting hungrier and hungrier every day and more energetic and tired at the same time somehow my ears feel weird to check back in at night: the full moon is in 4 days and also everything is even brighter than before I can hear things from a distance and everything turning blurry every once in awhile and I got headache again check back in on Day 5: I have so much energy my but I'm tired at the same time I'm also itchy and hungry check back in at night: i feel like I need to throw up again and i still have a slight headache everything brighter that's all check back in on Day 6: I know I said I'm going to tell you more about what's happening to me after I said the spell but I'm going to need to tell you what's going on the full moon sorry. When it was the night of the full moon I felt strange and I was so hungry that I couldn't sleep so I made me some food and I was still hungry and I wanted to go outside for some reason but I didn't then I managed to fall asleep and when I woke up both of my arms was sore and it hurted so much that it felt like someone stabbed them and I didn't know why they felt like that

It's the end of day 1, and I've felt some nausea on and off today, and possibly my sense of smell heightened a bit, but not too certain yet.
It's the end of day 2, and I've had an urge to eat more often. I did the spell again, and now I feel a warm presence around me. The nausea from the day before has been there slightly, but not much. I can't wait to see what the next day brings.
