How is the trailer holding up? truck? Any issues that you can enlighten me on as I'm thinking a boydstun over Cottrell but live on the east coast so not much support out here.
Thank you for your question. The reasons we chose Boydstun was that a year ago Cottrell stopped for a while to offer articulated deck no. 2 and other small/large options. My son will start working with this equipment next week. It has a 2ft sliding 5th wheel, Bendix disc brakes on the trailer (same brake pads as the truck), we added a second bank of batteries (deep cycle, 3 in number) for the electrical PTO... and many others. I hope it’s a good choice... perfect gear doesn’t exist.

Would the tare weight be comparable to Cottrell?
Very nice ride. Is that the 44" sleeper? how many lights/setup on trailer? What was OTD $$$? Truck specs + what's ur light weight?
10,760 lb - Steer
18,280 lb - Drive
14,320 lb - Trailer
43, 360 lb - Gross
You like this better than Cottrell?
