Thank god she did ) With all respect to Netrebko’s talent in the past, Turandot is not her strong suit. Not to mention her political ignorance.

They both , her and Netrebko have sang Lady Macbeth in Verdi’s Macbeth and in my opinion Ludmila is superior with low and high excellent note ranges 💙🎵💛🎶
@@annayudakhina8908 Sorry to see that you are as politically ignorant as Netrebko. It must be some common Russian feature I guess. In fact Netrebko fully supported Putin and war in Ukraine, she even donated money to Russian-backed separatists in Donbas region. And that is why she was canceled, and not because of her nationality, as many people believe. When she started to lose her money because of the concerts cancellations she decided to write some bullshit statement about her being “against the war”. And that is when mother Russia started to cancel her recitals in some remote cities far from Moscow and St Petersburg, can’t even name them. So I don’t know what you are talking about. Does USA even take part in the war in Ukraine? Against who? )) Did all the world missed something about this war? I wish USA took part, then this war would be over in days and much less Ukrainians would be killed by Russian occupants aka war criminals.
