My uncle has a C00 Chassis Unimog and sometimes complains the throttle response on the remote is a bit to fast.. In your video it looks pretty stable to drive at slower speeds.
Thanks for your nice feedback! Your right, these cars are build for a bit faster speeds, but I think you can move it slow also. Otherwise you can improve the slower running with a motor with less RPM, it means a motor with more turns, about 40 ore 50 turns. This makes it slower.

How did you manage to fit in headlights? The manual and info pages say that there are no light buckets to fit in LEDs.

The Mercedes have 239mm wheelbase, the shortest CC-01 have 242mm. Only 3 mm difference, with light modifications it should fit.
