Great video! Along with argumentativeness, there’s the next worst which is combativeness. Someone who battles every idea and throws roadblocks in the way. When you encounter someone like this, it’s important to stop the behavior or remove them from the environment. I’ve seen people like this poison teams quickly. They can spread their attitude quickly!
Those types of people rarely offer solutions to the problems anyway, they get combative because they don't like change.

How I'm going to implement bravery:
I'm going to act despite of anxiety or fear. Constantly seeking out certainty is just going to hold me back at zero.
I will consciously celebrate the times that I conquer my fears.
I won't beat myself up more than I need to - I will mind my tone, treat myself how I want to treat others that I'm looking after and I will be a better leader to myself.
How I'm going to implement self-control:
Do a lot of things to put in place short-term reinforcers for me.
I want to measure towards the goal and win along the way.
I need the reinforcement of progress to stick to the path.
I will make a podcast every day - minimum 30 seconds to keep accountable to my progress in my fitness and my business.

For me it’s weird for the person to look and act empathetic, but actually don’t give a crap 🤔 How do you reconcile this?
These types of people are snakes and I tend to just accept them as such and not give them access to me anymore. Even if they ask about what I’m going thru - I’m not gonna tell them. If you keep allowing them to fake it, that’s on you. I had to learn that recently. You have the power to not allow them into your mental space !
