I wish I had found this earlier. I am on my third EBB after the the first two seized to the frame and I used a flat screwdriver to pry the wedges off causing them damage. Next time I will try this method. Thanks!
thanks for making this video. i've got the same bike and love it except for the EBB which seems to need regular adjustment but as you've highlighted loves to get stuck in place! interesting to see that the external BB works ok with the EBB and still allows access to the adjustment bolts. is that a shimano BB for the raceface cranks? does it have any effect on the chainline? cheers!
