"But wait" he inturrupts, thinking fast, "if you do that, politicians will use the catastrophe as an excuse to implement free healthcare. Think of how much that will hurt the taxpayers!" The mosquitoes fall silent for a brief moment. "My God, you're right. We didn't think about the economy! Very well, we will not attack this dimension. FOR THE TAXPAYERS!" and with that, they vanish. A nearby barfly stumbles over to the bartender. "How did you know that that would work?" "It's simple really" the bartender says. "I saw that the vectors formed a gradient, and therefore must be conservative."
This is accurate AF. The dialogues felt like were written by the actual writers of the show. As a Physics (kind of) student and all time House fan, this was awesome. Thank you.
First thing I imagined was Andrew finding a cane at like a salvation army store or something after watching House and just thinking 'I have the greatest idea'
I love how clear it is that this was made by someone who definitely spent way too much time watching this show, and I mean that as a compliment. You nailed a lot of the more subtle jokes about the show's formula and House's mannerisms and translated them flawlessly into another field while still making them recognizable. Kudos!
I mean... They have WIMPs Weakly Interacting Massive Particles... And Massive Compact Halo Objects, or MACHOs for short... or Robust Associations of Massive Baryonic Particles, RAMBOs... Physicist have a tendency to name stuff in the most hilarious way they can.
What we need to do is get someone named Moore into the LHC. Then another. Then another. Until every researcher at the LHC is named Moore, and when they finally discover a new particle, they'll have no choice but to name it a Moore-on.
Really good channeling of some of House’s posture and movements and some mannerisms here. Doing that without specifically imitating any of the rest (voice, diction, expressions, fancy makeup etc) really highlights your skill in that department.

Funny enough House did actually say he really liked physics and had considered a career as a physicist when he was younger. He was planning to go into physics research after prison before the prison doctor convinced him to back to medicine.
Considering House's leg was damaged from a medical blunder, I like to image that this scenario he dropped something really heavy on it while giving a demonstration.
He did the demonstration with the suspended steel sphere but the line snapped and it crashed into his leg. He had an aversion for teaching students ever since.
are we not going to talk about the fact that he nailed the part where he knew the answer and revealed it when the other guy gave up and how the dialogue of that scene was so spot-on?
